🌟 Exploring Reiki Through Science 🔬

When I first stepped out into the spiritual streets, I experimented with everything: magick, ancestral healing, crystals, reiki, tarot, astrology, medical astrology, psychic abilities, mediumship, and probably other things I have forgotten about. Because when I am interested in something, I go ALL in. I’ll share more of those stories at another time

Right now, I find myself circling back to Usui Reiki, a Japanese energy healing technique. (There are many types of Reiki, which I never knew until I began my studies. Usui Reiki  seems to be the most popular.) I got certified in July 2019 and went on to become a Reiki Master. I’ve used it for myself, family, and friends to give relief for headaches, aches, tummy troubles, clarity and just plain relaxation. 

I’ve been looking to deepen my understanding of Reiki and how it works and finally found a Reiki Master who teaches it through the lens of science. Because it’s not some woo-woo modality, it’s backed by science, and I want to make it more a part of my daily spiritual practice.
